The other is a 15,000 square foot retail / office / medical use two story building. Located on the south side of Route 9 in the heart of Wappingers Falls, NY about 2 miles south of the Corporate Park Complex. We are the developer and owner / landlord of the complex. Van Wyck Square — The Goddard School

KBL Corp was the builder of this early Child Care Learning/Development Center. We worked hand in hand with the Goddard School licensed contractors, suppliers and vendors for all specific materials and job demands. The tenants are the franchisees of the company and were an integral part of getting the design and build phases completed.

Corporate Park

KBL Corp was the builder and also currently the owner/landlord of the retail / office park complex. Located on the south side of Route 9 in the heart of Wappingers Falls, NY. Major traffic and great visibility attract hundreds of visitors everyday. We built three separate buildings on site. One building currently occupies Tompkins Trust Bank. The other two buildings are a mix of retail and office space. We offer affordable and flexible leasing options and built to suit lease space options. Poughkeepsie Ice House Restaurant

KBL Corp was the builder of this brand new Poughkeepsie Hudson River Waterfront restaurant. An old brick building which was a full service Ice House in its early years was renovated with historic integrity to maintain its characteristics. We worked closely with the owners to deliver their dream build-out within budget.

The Mill Restaurant & Bar

KBL Corp was hired to handle two of the extensive renovations. The first was the transformation from a deli to a brand new cafe space with open kitchen, seating, new flooring, etc. As the business model changed from a cafe to a full service restaurant and bar, KBL Corp was hired a second time to complete the clients’ vision. Not only did the vision become a reality, it was achieved with fiscal responsibility and guidance every step of the way. Decisions and on the job strategy made for a finished product with minimal down time to client operations.
